Vision System

Nowadays, we can use computers to monitor and analyse easily at high speed. For example, we can use an IR camera to measure customers’ body temperature who pass through the entrance. We also can use cameras for inspection that can minimize the mistake of humans in a long time operation and training costs.

I design a vision system for Vistronic Limited in 2004 and an upgrade project in 2013(using CPU for calculation). It helps the company increase the inspection speed and only need to train 5-10 technician to confirm the inspection setting is correct. I design two different kinds of machines for inspection which can operate automatically and manual.
